Preparation instruction: Preheat Temp 375°F-400°F; Place 1 pound of potatoes on a preheated (375°F-400°F) oiled (1/8 C) grill. Pour 1/8 C of vegetable oil on the top of the potatoes. Allow potatoes to cook, undisturbed, until bottom shreds are golden brown (3-6 minutes). Flip potatoes and fry for an additional 4-5 minutes.Make sure product reaches a temperature of 165°F for 2 minutes.; Due to variance in equipment, heating time and temperature may require adjustment. Product should be heated to 165°F (74°C) internal temperature.
