MICROWAVE: Place 2 portions of frozen fish, charred side up, in a single layer in a microwave safe dish. Loosely cover and microwave on HIGH power for 4 1/2 to 5 Minutes. For best results, rotate once halfway through cooking. Cook to an internal temperature OF 165°F minimum. Let stand covered in microwave for about 2 minutes before serving.
